Viking Laser has 3 Multi 5 axis C02 laser cutting Mitsubishi lasers that can cut up to 6.35mm thick with extreme accuracy to meet customer parameters and tolerances.
Viking Laser also has a 2D C02 Mitsubishi flat cutting laser capable of cutting sheets up to 5’x 10’ in size and 9.5mm in thickness and programed to run lights out capable of supplying a high volume of stampings/blanks in a short amount of time.
Viking has various high speed hydraulic stamping presses and brake press equipment ranging from 150 tons up to 500 tons.
Upon request Viking Laser can build a custom fixture for your
parts that is compatible for your part and durable for the entire run of the laser cutting process. Viking Laser can also utilize customer supplied fixtures as well.
Viking Laser has in house proficient CAD programmers on its staff that can bring your data from art to part quickly and accurately. With an organized programing and job tracking process, Viking is able to store data to quickly restart repeat work and or make changes and edits on the fly.
